feeling refreshed this morning until started lifting, then quickly got tired. compared to a couple of weeks ago, am lifting a bit more now, more comfortable with the movements.

good stretch out at home afterwards as well.

head feeling bunged up, sickness from ages ago still hanging around, hoiked up a few nuggets this morning!! ffs!!

Cruised from Gebbies up to the packhorse, pretty sweet track. mucked around at the top for 15 minutes. nice sunny, good times! BODY FUCKED from yesterday, but still this loosened me up nicely.
