did some rowing machine for 15 mins, then did 25 pull ups and 25 chin ups, 10 sets of 5, 30 secs recovery, swap after each set. BURN!!!

watched some guy hit the speed ball really really fast while riding bike and imagining that it was someones scrotum... that was fun.

went to uni and back, ran around uni looking for secret messages left for me by siblings, but since its ten to twelve... the sun is gone, and it was hard to read the chalk... i shall try again tomorrrow, when the sun is shining. running wise, i feel slow and fat... i tried a few things with my running style, like higher knees and heels, and it made my stride longer, but it was hard to sustain... so i work on that i think.

Note

brad reckons my tendons was squashing my nerve and that caused the pain. so im on anti inflammatory pills for next 30days, and im only allowed to do round bar pull ups, whee how fun.

my bodies reall tight from the weekend, so im a give it a couple of days before i start into training. im gonna aim for some 5km race in mid july, sub 25 would be sweet.

sore shins and tingle achilles after weekends work. going to see b-rad doctor man tomorrow morning so dunno, should be sweet. seeing him about finger anyway. yeah. qbday was fuuuun.

Qbday long at kaikokopu.. LONG!!! anyway had my first map change which was cool/depressing. i made one mistake on the first map at 4, which i was to far east of the control and got paralleled to bits by some re-entrants. anyway found it. the rest were mint, totally ran the fast ever of my life from 5-6. on the second map i screwed up the first one/12. it was in mass of depressions and i wasnt even reading my map just running to the area, spent 30 seconds or so trying read my map before fucking it and just running around, which worked cos i found it fast as. asides from that, i felt satisfied that i ran the whole fucking way and in under 10min k's which rocks. i rock. im the best. ohhhhh yeah watch out auckland area champs!!!!!

queens bday sprint at qe2 park in paekakariki, pretty fast map, prett fat simon. didnt make any mistakes apart from a route choice option which may or may not have been faster, who knows.

qbday middle on the same map but more farmland out back. didnt keep contact with map for the first control, but after that i was good. still slow as up hills and stuff but nav was solid, maybe some route choices were a little wack but i got to the controls so fuck you
