no training, totally bogged down with assignments :( maybe n the weekend ill get some solid work done

out to bottom of hills via hoon hay, then up west morland accidentally, then back out to hoon hay road, then onto cashmere road, up kennedys bush to 4wd track, back down kennedys bush, out to halswell, left along old tai tapu to pub then back to halswell raod along there to dunbars then wigram then home. nackered and about to go to class all sweaty yay!


huge head wind from turn around at old tai tapu all the way home!

at the Rec Centre with Gregor, he set me some haaaaard problems. had big chats about o'ing, apparently in Slovenia they do three day rogaines... sounds pretty mint to me.

fucked 1 and 13 apart from that i thought i was going really fast most of the time.
