so good to be back in the vibrams. not much pain in L leg going on until last 5 mins and that was just during a brief stint off hardpac track.
was hoping it would be ok. not sure how to deal with this really. been thinking about going into selwyn, guess i should do it this week!
really cruisey jog, did some rugby field sprints, feeling quick but giving up after 40m and cruising last 10.
