a Warlocks touch. couldnt figure out why i was feeling flat... but now its obvious, knackered from this morning!

good fun. hopefully a good game on sat.

seem to have disclocated or wrecked my L pinky finger somehow, it is all bruised and swollen now! quite painful in the wrong position...

maybe some taping.

so good to be back in the vibrams. not much pain in L leg going on until last 5 mins and that was just during a brief stint off hardpac track.

was hoping it would be ok. not sure how to deal with this really. been thinking about going into selwyn, guess i should do it this week!

really cruisey jog, did some rugby field sprints, feeling quick but giving up after 40m and cruising last 10.
