2. Sbg. Cup. I ran in the Elite-klass. Felt very good. I did a good race without any really mistakes.

Mani and I made Sportmed.-test.
Runnin on the "Laufband". We started by 6kmh 150sec. than short break for the laktat. Then 8 kmh and so forth. i stopped by 16 kmh after 75 sec. i don't know the exactly time but i think something like this.
