Could not do the last Training of the Trainings-camp because my throat hurted and I did not wanted risk to get ill.

Orienteering race 55:20 [4] 6.4 km (8:39 / km) +150m 7:44 / km

We did two Middle-Distance-Competitions. First was Quali second was Final.
I had a lot of mistakes in both races especially in the Final a also did some bigger mistakes.
2 PM

Orienteering long 1:15:00 [3] 8.8 km (8:31 / km) +350m 7:07 / km

We had a really nice Training that was splitted in three parts. First part was Korridor-O second part was without paths and the third part was just with the contour-details. I really liked it, it was also with some route-choices and it had a long-distance-character. I really liked it!!

Running race 10:37 [5] 3.0 km (3:32 / km)

I did the Piste-Test again because I wanted to improve my time of the test in the easter-trainingcamp.

I had a good feeling also during the test but in the end I was at least 5 seconds slower than at easter-camp. Don't know why!
9 AM

Running race (O-400 Test) 9:02 [5] 2.0 km (4:31 / km)

The O-400 Test. Felt ok feets were a bit tired. The Tecnical-part was a bit better then at easter. The running thing could have been better at the 3rd and the 4th round on the track.
2 PM

Orienteering 56:14 [2] 5.0 km (11:15 / km) +255m 8:58 / km

First O-training for this training-camp. It was a "Vielposten-OL". It was nice. Was some time together with Warti and Henrik. Was a really good training for situations with "enemy"-contact.

Did a longish run!

Running tempo 30:00 [4]

Did a Temporun also with some Hms. Felt good. Was nice.

Running warm up/down 40:00 [2]

Warm up and down before and after the Tempo-Run. I wanted to run 70minutes in total so I did 15 minutes before the Temporun and 25 after it.

Easy-Run in Mattsee. Felt good.
