training at Waitarere with squadies. chasing starts for 40 mins, compass ex 25mins, control picking 50 mins, contour run with Mark 50mins. Felt a little tired at end.

Run from work to Te Kopahou Rogaine. Had to run quite hard to make it to the start on time!

Rogaine at Te Kopahou with Shelley - Ran half/Tramped half (hills).
Beat Jamie and Penny. Shelley fell and grazed leg.

Ran alright but slow due to wind and multipleturn arounds. 4th place.
