Te Aroha Mountain Race. Not really happy with run and especially unhappy with place. Good start to the summer though.

Good ride but crashed near finish and blew front tyre and buckled rim. Landed in thistles and strained neck. I was about due for a goodie.....

Ride from early finish to Mt Vic through hills nd then up Holloway track. Good fun, but hard hills!

Sprints, springs, relays, etc with Wednesday pack. Good fun as a group. Hard work - a few casualties!

Run to work via stadium and bays. Acting a bit mental through the traffic but a good way to raise the adrenalin!

Hard, fast loop of central park to windmill, fenceline, wrights hill, zig-zag track. Absolutely nackered at finish but felt awesome running.
