Orienteering course at Wanaque Ridge

I was really sloppy, especially in the beginning, but I did a good job making sure I was able to recover from making any bad mistakes. I kept making small 20-30 second mini mistakes that ended up costing me a lot of time in the end. I think the problem was I wasn't really focused on my orienteering, especially in the beginning, and I ended up orienteering kind of subconciously until I got close to the control then I actually began to think about where I was.

I think this is going to be my last cross country meet since I won't be going to Districts. The time was pretty good for the course so I am happy with it.

Ran really easy because of Frisbee in the afternoon except Frisbee got cancelled :(

Took it kinda easy since I had no one to pace with. I was running with the leaders of the race and they were also taking it easy so I decided to just run with them.

Quick workout today since we got a few more races coming up. Warmed up about 10 minutes and ran 5x600m with 200m rest (100m jog 100m walk) and then 10 minutes back.
