am: Usual run. Still a bit stiff but definitely better than Fri.

Gym 40:00 [2]

pm: Lords. With some hamstring rehab. Couldn't do everything because there seemed to be a bonehead hogging the equipment just about everywhere I went. Gave up in the end.
