am: Long one. Started with a loop around Perth Water and then went out to Guildford along south side of the river. Then Caversham, Reid Hwy, Great Northern Hwy, West Swan Rd, back roads in the Swan Valley, West Swan and back to Guildford. home along the north side of the river.

pm: Lords. With some hamstring rehab. Couldn't do everything because there seemed to be a bonehead hogging the equipment just about everywhere I went. Gave up in the end.
