Running (Fairyland) 1:27:14 [3] 13.01 km (6:42 / km) +316m 5:59 / km
shoes: Saucony Hurricane Progrid 12

Longest run since the 2006 LOST run to Cape Leeuwin. Not completely recovered from intervals two days ago, which is a bad sign leading into the next couple of weeks. Couldn't get any speed going. Not injured though, which is a real plus. Not yet anyway.

Running intervals 37:00 intensity: (23:00 @3) + (14:00 @5) 6.8 km (5:26 / km) +48m 5:15 / km
shoes: Saucony Hurricane Progrid 12

Naremburn. 1kmX4. Stopped the watch instead of lapping, so only recorded 3. Thought I could recover the first lap by using the time stamp in the tcx/gpx file - but no, the file shows a massive 200m jump in 1 second, and the total time as per the time stamp as only 33 minutes instead of really 37. So Garmin's "time stamp" isn't a real time stamp at all.
Also the distance was a bit short: I started and finished at the same place each time, Garmin estimated that +/-13m, which is normal and expected, but still well short of 1000m at around 960. So I've recalculated the laps to the 1k pace. Phew.
3:36, 3:38, 3:34, 3:36.

Running 40:36 [3] 7.23 km (5:37 / km) +106m 5:14 / km
shoes: ASICS Kayano 16

Easy run, legs a bit tired.

Note (one for the Blair-o-files) - Sunday was my 42nd championship age group run and its only the second time I've finished in third place (the other was Easter 2000 behind the McCombs).
