At Physio. Mostly pilates. R calf has been sore, all over, since Sunday. Physio wants me to add straight leg calf raises as well, and knee hyperextension exercises. I'll be doing these "till the end of 2021". He worked so hard on that that I walked out of there lopsided and hence thought I lost my phone that way. Still unknown, but I probably put it down somewhere there.
