Note

I recently started a class called Fitness Leader, and one of the course texts is an anatomy/strength training book with illustrations and descriptions of many different strength training exercises. Since I don't lift very often, I'm going to use this book as a reference and try out, or "learn" one new exercise every 1-2 days, even though I know how to do many of the exercises already. This way, I can focus on form, the benefits of each individual exercise, and how I should combine these exercises in a workout. The first is the Barbell Bench Press, a pretty basic exercise, and a good place to start.

Swimming 33:30 [2]

basic skills review--treading water, survival float, bobbing and traveling, swimming underwater, isolation drills, and two strokes.
