Practice sprint course on post. Practiced thinking ahead, finding a good attack point, and examining multiple routes. Slight knee pain towards end.

Recovery run with Fuhriman. My knee held up fairly well.

Ran intervals, 6x800 with 90 second rest between included. Took it slow and steady.

Thought my injury was resolved. Hacienda run, went out too fast. Knee started hurting near halfway point and hurt on the way back. The pain was gone by the next day, but it was a painful reminder that I can't go full speed again yet.
