Running 1:06:00 [4] 8.0 mi (8:15 / mi)

Ran with a buddy in my company to Lee Gate, hopped the fence (shhh...) and ran on 218 to a scenic overlook. Middle of the day, so it was hot out, but fortunately much of the road was under shade. Had to take breaks at the turnaround and coming back in to Lee Gate (included in time). Fortunately for us we came to a spot on the road where there were water bottles along the stony elevated edge, so we each snagged so water on the way down. Hardest PT I've done since Sapper tryouts.

Running 25:00 [3]

Lee Gate run; 3 to 3.5 miles. Right chest cramps made it a bit uncomfortable, and the humidity didn't help.

Pushups/Situps 5:00 [3]

Spartan abs; cut short by an announcement that the 1CPT is around, apparently getting fit is less important than cleaning right now.

Running 22:00 [2]

Company run at 0530; although I didn't really need to go since I'm the Reg A/S1, I thought it would be fun to do some PT with the whole company. Run was predictably slow, but it's better than nothing. 1.5 to 2 miles.

Running 28:00 [3]

Run out to McDonalds, down along railroad tracks to north end of South Dock. Climbed some cliffs :) and ran up flirty to finish out the run. 3.5 to 4 miles.

Running 21:00 [3]

~3 mile run around Arvin, Cadet Chapel, some residential housing, the North side of BSF, and back along Thayer. 2.5 to 3 miles.

Pushups/Situps 15:00 [4]

Ab workout ran by company PDS, basic but a pretty good sample of the exercises we did last semester when I was PDS.
