PT this morning was circuit training. With a partner, rotate through SSH, pullup, PU, SU, squat jump, and burpie stations. Four rotations followed by more SSH and flutterkicks. Not bad.

Day 11 of Dare Month. PT today was company AGR, 30 minutes at probably around 3.8 miles. However, in the evening I had no energy and konked out early, so there was no exercise session with the wife.
