25's in 4 minute blocks. 25...20 PU 0...5 SU, 1/4mi lap, 25...20 SU 0...5 PU 5/4/3 pullups alternated with 5/4/3 dips. One 4 minute rest period.

Another run to Beacon Hill, this time in formation and sandwiched between 80 PU (before run) and 100 air squats (at Beacon Hill). I didn't have to run this since I'm not in 1-8IN, but all the same I should probably have picked a company other than HHC...

Run back down Beacon Hill in formation. Things fell apart at the bottom of the hill, where we executed the slowest wagon wheel ever to pick up stragglers.

Run back from Beacon Hill after a 5min break.

Some presses, bench, and row on machines, mostly 3x15 with 65-95 lbs. Just an unstructured impulse workout, I'll keep better track next time.

First workout for this rotation at Ft. Irwin--ran from the Augmentee Barracks to the base of Blackie off of Goldstone Rd

Trail Running 8:45 [4] 0.6 mi (14:35 / mi)

Run up Blackie Hill

Trail Running 14:15 [3] 0.86 mi (16:34 / mi)

Running down Blackie--it looked like a trail would take me down the mountain a different direction, but it petered out. I ended up pretty much stumbling and cautiously making my way down a 35-45 degree slope.

Running 14:15 [3] 2.06 mi (6:55 / mi)

Making my way back to the road after descending Blackie, I took outer loop and barstow roads pretty much all the way back in.
