Orienteering race 9:36:18 [4] *** 29.75 mi (19:22 / mi)

-Bonk Hard Perfect 10 Rogaine. My first rogaine, ran with Matt Luehrmann. He is an outstanding orienteer and was a great teammate; it is a shame he won't be able to try out for the CISM team due to a deployment next year.
-Final score: 1020/1300 points, 3rd of 10 teams in men's team open.
-An amazing experience. Reminded me why I love orienteering, even when I am lost. Yet, 10 hours was long enough for me; I cannot fathom a 24 hour rogaine.
-Straightline distance for my points was 37km/23mi. Actual distance was 29% greater.

2 1/2 laps on a track for the GAFPB testing. Cold and rainy.

Cross Training 52 [5]

Seconds of continuous flexed arm hang for GAFPB testing. Not as long as I would like, so I will probably practice more and retest down the road.

Cross Training 42 [5] 0.11 km (9.4 kph)

Shuttle run for GAFPB testing. Started out in prone with hands behind back. Five laps of running out and back 10m then returning to prone and clapping hands behind back. One final 10m sprint to bring total to 110m.
