Monday night Kenpo. Started with warmup exercises and stretches.
Most of the evening was partner facilitated kick practice--one partner would hold a big pad while the other kicked. Picked up a lot of refinement
Practiced cross-stepping by itself, then added to a new technique, Twisted Wing A, which is the most complicated of the white belt tasks.
Also included 50 PU.
