Laurentia Colour coded. Had a very nice race except for one problem. I went from 5 to 7 and decided it was not worth the effort to climb the hill again to 6. So I treated the rest of the course as a training run. Tried to stay in the aerobic zone as per the Polar training guide.
Not a great day for the Lunds as Jess twisted her ankle and Brad was nursing his knee from a hockey injury yesterday and was whipped by Peter!
