TIO-MILA holy shit it was cold and wet and muddy and so fucken horrible yet awesome at the same time, I so cold after waiting around for 2nd leg runner for 3 hours the numbness in my feet was getting to my knees so I said fuck it.

LOVING SWEDEN! Another training course about 4.5km still at Norrköping. Made one big error when I got a control ahead of myself but everything else is awesome

Orienteering 56:00 [4] 7.5 km (7:28 / km)

YEAH SWEDEN!! Training course about 7.5km at Norrköping, not race pace but pretty hard, 1 maybe 2 min error but otherwise I LOVED IT.

Orienteering (Control placing) 38:30 [4] 4.5 km (8:33 / km)

Was ment to be an easy run but when you are placing controls for people it makes you run faster, put out toilet paper controls for Gitte and Andrew on really nice area even with some quite big hills (for Denmark anyway)

Orienteering (run with map) 7:00 [3] 1.0 km (7:00 / km)

run back to car was fun jumping off logs and stumps and showing Danes how to jump fences

GREAT TO GET OUT WITH MAP!!! run from OK Pan club house through nice forest used for WMOC 99, got to end of map and realised time hence next entry....

Orienteering (Run with Map) 33:00 [4]

Had to pick up the pace to get back to the clubhouse before club training (same run as last entry) Got back with 5 mins to spare

Jog (warm up for others) to start of training

Orienteering (Relay training) 35:00 [5]

Relay training with some split control about 20 people, in bunch just behind leader but got tried on last loop and finished just behind Erik (bugger) (4th?), good pressure start with you being handed a map and a map bag and you had to get the map inside before going.

Running 14:00 [2]

Warm down jog back to club houes (picked up 1 control) with Erik

First run in Denmark after 36 hours of traveling!! Good easy with Gitte and Andrew on forest path.
