Orienteering (training) 46:30 [4]

Ran around some different controls form the relay. Also redid 3rd control and made same mistake in day so have to think about attacking controls like that a different way.

Orienteering (Night Relay) 1:14:17 [5] 12.3 km (6:02 / km)

Ran pfingststaffel for Marco^s club. Ran 1st leg - at night starting with 89 other teams. Was awesome fun, lost bit time on 3rd control and from then on was passing people all the time and felt like I was going really fast. Felt really good when running which is a good sign. leaders did 67ish

Orienteering (Short-O) 34:55 [5]

Ran in Swiss World Cup trail and got an ass kicking. winner did 23.06 think, I was really slow esp up hill and also made about 5 mins mistakes just fartassing around near control, was a littel tired from train trip but no excuse really

Note

Lost last 2 days to traveling from Borl?ge to Winterthur by train 36 hours- not recommended! plus I also had drunken school group on night train so got no sleep as well. Also runnning in the short trail race for the Swiss World Cup team tomorrow.

Felt like crap and oing was same, couldn,t get into flow and force myself to go really fast, was racing Henrik head to head and he wasn,t doing too good either

Started to doing some orienteering and picked up pace as well. Felt lot better both running and oing.
