Orienteering (Relay) 49:05 [5] 5.5 km (8:55 / km) +250m 7:16 / km

Felt really tired again, missed the first one slightly, didn't see anyone else until spectator control 1.5 km from finish, lost a bit of time on couple of controls before that, was 7 mins down at spectator, last loop quite technical, nailed the first few until the 2nd to last control and lost 5 mins on parrall error, being in wrong green block, came back 4 min down?? Really hilly map for Sweden couple really green block had to go through and really rocking last loop.

Dalarna Area Champs, felt like shit while runningat start and got really slow in middle also made a couple of little mistakes then as well, but felt pretty good coming home. Got 2nd about 2 mins off Henrik.

Went to gym with Al and James, warm up on bike, then easy reps on machines, then quick run on treadmil, Al cranked it up to 24 km/h and held for almost 30 sec before almost falling off back - its fucken fast on treadmil.

Club training on really nice hill top. Had 4 loops of 2.5 km. Did the first one easy with James then did 2 more quite hard. Really choice area nailed most controls no major.

Wednesday Aug 28, 2002 #

Run with Al and James on forest tracks, nice loop out to area north of town. Felt good.

morning run to sports fields and back, felt ok

Orienteering (training) 1:55:00 [4]

control picking exercise, warm up then first loop of about 2 km in 15 mins then up hill top to main exercise of 30 controls in 5.2 km. Was really hard, low vis, really green and map was 15 years old (all yellow was now thick green) fucked first few, good in middle then got really confused by felled area at end, warm down back along road.
