Did some controls together, really fucked 1 mainly because of old map and not being able to read it properly even though we were right next to it. Felt good running in forest.

O training with OK Linne, did control with Prong on contour only map, very hard, got completly lost on one and just missed another but couldn't figure out where we were when standing right on top of it

easy/recovery run after reps last night, quads a little sore/tight but only when streching them out, felt good just cursing round same tracks as yesterday morning with a bit extra.

Morning run, out along track that Al took us on last week but got lost, ended up doing a loop on some tracks in forest and looping back round until I knew where I was , felt really good.

Intervals on forest tracks, out along one, break, back, along another, break back. along another, break, back and up hill, break, walk back and do again. Felt really good first time round, not so good second, slight stick under ribs but times are about same which is surprise to me.
