After map change, did 4 more controls before pulling the pin, as achilles were gettin worse and worse quite quickly, walked back from 25 as the last loop was just a tad too long.

OY at Pot Luck, Got convinced course 1 would be good, so did it sort of just cruising. A couple of little 30 sec mistakes and 1 min when read everything the wrong way otherwise ok. Achilles started hurting running dow the road to the map change. Feeling quite stuffed still from Fri night and lack of sleep

Tennis with Neil, popped the lights cherry and they work quite well. Had my forehand working quite nicely for the first hit out in a while, got Neil so scared he didn't even come running

Night run from Gardens with Jess the dog but no dog called Neil. Saw 6 deer and 2 possums, might need to go out for a shoot. Achilles feeling it a bit near the end, was fine playing tennis

Spin on the wind trainer. Legs still feeling tough guy, had physio, calves bit sore. Getting sick of Mon and Tue being full days, cant wait for holiday next week
