Rd Cycling 1:00:00 [3] 26.54 km (26.5 kph) +365m
ahr:149 max:181 shoes: Specilized Allez 06

Same loop as Tue morning but turning around a little bit earlier as I was;
a) feeling like crap
b) didn't feel like I was going fast
c) most strange of all my HR seemed really low. I might be getting fit, or finally getting over a lingering cold.
Got up to 71.1 km/hr down The Ave, thankfully no dick head drivers this morning It was starting to get pretty warm at the end, and thats at 8am, ride this afternoon might be a stinker.

Rd Cycling 1:33:00 [3] 41.0 km (26.5 kph) +565m
ahr:151 max:185 shoes: Specilized Allez 06

Ride after work, reverse of morning until top of Ave, then out to Paremoremo and up to Ridge Rd, down to Coatsville, the loop out around Sunnyside and Green Rds to SH17, back up hill to Albany Heights Rd and long, down to home. Legs feeling smashed and wasn't breaking any pace records, but you never are on a route like that with 4 decent hills. Bike needs a service started skipping and slipping real bad, good thing I've got it booked in tomorrow.

Mt Biking 1:50:00 [3] +760m
ahr:147 max:196 shoes: Specilized BG MtBike Shoes

Ride at Bike Park with Claire, Karyn, Rob and Marquita. Was bloody sandy but an alright ride, Rob needs a heavier bike.

Note

Shins and achilles did not feel good today at all, not impressed. Achilles really stiff and sore the last couple of mornings, but at least my hammies have about the most flexibility they have ever had and could almost lay down on them while stretching.

Rd Cycling 1:00:00 [3] 27.0 km (27.0 kph) +370m
ahr:158 max:185 shoes: Specilized Allez 06

Ride in morning before and to work. Down to village, then back up to East Coast Rd, Loney Track and out along Ridge Rd, turned around bit earlier than planned as started about 10 mins late due to front break being lose. Then down Ridge Rd and up onto The Ave, was going about 65 km/hr past old flat when a council truck and trailer did a u-turn in front of me, managed to stop just before ploughing into the trailer, boy did he get an ear full and the guy in the car opposite was pissing himself laughing. Then carried on down Old Albany Highway, Rosedale Rd, Triton Dr, Orbit and into work.

Just cruising last bit and got to work right on expected time.

Rd Cycling 19:00 [3] 9.1 km (28.7 kph) +65m
ahr:159 max:182 shoes: Specilized Allez 06

Ride home via round Rosedale.

Running 20:00 [3] 3.4 km (5:53 / km) +35m 5:36 / km
ahr:154 max:166 shoes: Asics Kayano XIII

Run after ride, went down to uni to be on grass, it was HOT, was going to go longer but got really lite headed, got back to car to discover I had left my drink on the table, legs didn't feel too flash either

Note

Had physio, still working on the nerve through legs, starting to get somewhere, takes much more angle before it burns like the depths of hell now.
