Went to a Welly OY at Osgiliath, since I was down there for Andrews engagement party, which lead to a not to healthy state for this race, you know its not going to be good when your sweat tastes like alcohol. Course was tough as hell, just about entirely in the green low vis or in green stripe and there was so much soft dead wood underfoot, completely killed me early on. Never really did get moving or oing very well, made lots of mistakes, I haven't ran a race this hangover since the good old multi-day o party days. Lower back was really sore as well, stopped about 5 controls in to crack and stretch it and it was fine after that. Achilles seemed to hold up ok, but I was going slow, even walking in places. The more I run on this map the worse I find the mapping, which when I was reading it caused some problems as well.

Drove back after and body stiffened up big time. but seems ok now

Squash with Andrew and his new racket. Neither was playing as well as last time, more errors than winners, 4-3 to him I think in the end with a 10-9 final game.
