10 time 30sec fast 30 sec float around the number 1 soccer field. Trying to trick my legs they are fast. Felt quite good through entire set (apart from ribs, forgot to take painkillers again) but was going to do 2 sets with a jog in between, but just as I finished the last one my left quad went really tight. Jogged a round a bit but wasn't getting any better and made me a bit gimpy. Didn't want to push it too much as legs have been feeling a bit stuffed, they really didn't like the nothingness of last week, go figure. Had a good stretch when home and found quite a few other tight places, hammies, itbs, calfs, achilles, hip flexors basically anything used while running fast.

Wind trainer since no body else wanted to go nite riding and the weather was a tad crap. Stood during all ad breaks to give my ass a rest. Primes are 3:30min long tv2s are 4.00min.

Running before, in between and after efforts. Forgot to take pain killers to work to take early so got home and took them while getting changed and getting out the door to beat the darkness. Ribs were bloody sore warming up, then about a min after finishing the first effort I threw up, dont like taking pain killers and have never liked eating within 2 hours of a hard session. So was a good practice in hardening the fuck up.

Went all the way down to and around the stadium, found some nice areas.

Two 10min efforts in middle of run (with 10 mins between) Did them from the motorway towards the stadium, and back. Mostly on grass with a bit of gravel and about 60 m across a car park, plus had to play a bit of dodge car when crossing the main road around 5 o'clock. Ribs hurt, wasn't feeling as fast or fresh as I hoped but sort of expected it.

Session on the wind trainer, didn't take pain killers just hardened up. Did a couple of standing efforts.

Went and saw a Doc that I had to pay for today, she said feels/looks like a cracked rib, did a bit of poking around and quite sore now. Got some pain killers and also sent me for an xray. Apparently film is a thing of the past.
