Putting out toilet paper controls for Nicks school kids coaching on the coastal strip, its not Scandinavian but its magic stuff. Took out some new Mudclaws to start breaking them in, were a bit stiff and wouldn't want to do much more in them today

Doing some coaching starting last and running through them all helping out where could, bit start stop

Coaching on the way back, a lot slower helping out a few, really stop start, but was good as I was starting to crash.

Note

The first couple of nights were good sleeps, but been waking up in the middle of the night for the last few, and staying awake.

Been having the same feeling as at NOC, bit funny in chest and felt like if I really wanted to push it I wouldn't have anything to give (felt it a couple of times biking yesterday) So this might prove my jet-lag theory about what was wrong at NOC??? Hopefully get back on right time asap and see if it sorts itself out.

Head still a little sore from the run in with Michals boot as well

Ride at Bike Park. Was choice, first 20 mins with Claire then a bit more soild out to the back, down Jafa Kids and the new link, back through to Happy Ending, cool tracks, good to be back on the mt bike, but ass a bit sore

Quick ride after work, just trying to snap myself back to life, lots of traffic lights on red, got dark a lot faster than I wanted, so short ride. Good thing when I was sitting out in the sun in Halden I thought, shit its going to be cold when I get home I should order some warmers, bloody good thing I did.

1st day back in NZ, not feeling too bad especially in relation to past travels back this way. Still didn't get time to get myself organised to do anything tho after working all day (touchdown at midnight, work at 8am) and felt a bit tired when I got home and head is still a bit sore from the run in with Michals boot. Managed to stay mostly awake until a proper bedtime, after feeling like I had hit the wall about 4 o'clock at work. Its a bit different when the sun actually goes down.

Travelling home, yeah about 3 days worth of sitting in planes and airports, made much more painful by starting the trip with blood pouring down my face after cracking my head open on Michals boot
