Longer run at Okura to test the legs, the track was no where near as muddy as I expected, in fact it wasn't muddy at all it was even dry, it obviously didn't get the rain we did overnight. Body wasn't quite feeling 100%, but good enough, not any real sore spots which is good. Got to the cottage and came back around the coast for the first time ever as it was a really low tide. Looks choice on google earth.

Morning strength and conditioning session in the lounge. Pretty much just a beginner session, one of everything I use to do, feeling weak at the end, jack-knives almost killed me

Bit of another Saturday afternoon exploring ride, waited all day until the wind had really picked up, then waited just a little bit more for it to start raining. Started with Claire but she was a wuss and only lasted 20 mins before doing a short loop, tried to pick it up a bit after that, went down a gnarly track, just off the top of the hill, lots of jumps on it (didn't/couldn't/wouldn't do any of them), bit of roots as well required some good riding and was pretty pleased with myself in sections, except the track ended in the middle of the forest after a sharp downhill, and had to push back out, should have read the map. Then some some different tracks towards motor x club, then back up to do another track down the other side of the road, then round back of club and back normal way. Got a bit of mud but not as bad as last week, and most of the crap on my bike was from todays rain.

Was going to run yesterday afternoon as well, but achilles were a little stiff in the morning, first time they have been like that for a while, figured squash would be enough, and this morning they were pretty good. Better to be safe than sorry at this stage I figure

Squash with Andrew, smashed him first couple of games, then things were tight and both playing well, then I stepped it up and made him retire with a sore thumb. Going to be regular Tue and Thur thing, well apart from the next couple of weeks as I'm getting sent to Melbourne for work, commissioning for up to 16 hours a day=great, but I get to stay in the Hilton as everywhere else is booked out.

Ride round Claires loop, with an extra bit down the first hill at the start. Thought this would take longer, felt ok legs a bit tired at the start, but warmed up, what a cracker day

Morning squash with Andrew, I was playing well for the first 40 mins, then he started to play as well. Got through less games, but they were tougher and better, need to move my left leg out more.

Run after work along Lucas Creek, feeling quite good, especially after I stopped for a piss that took ages. Felt quite easy running and almost striding out, can't remember the last time running felt like this, awesome.

Easy ride round a loop in Riverhead. Started down centipede but then got onto a motor x track that turned into a bad idea as it got muddy and the type that just sticks to everything. Ment I had to clean my bike for the 3rd day in a row. Feeling ok but a tad tired.
