Course: Score-O http://www.gregjflynn.byethost17.com/maps/show_map...

Last of the ' Rogaine' series on a 'new map' well Slater Rd and Hedley join together to make Hedley Farm. Planned to do quite a bit fairly solid, was puffing big time going all the way up at the start, went alright through the farmland ones, but drifted off to the left going through the green to 46, and the sharp climbs up to 44 and out of 42 hurt big time.stuffed up 59 in Robs place, saw the track bend and thought it was the one below the control as there was a fair bit of detail with a couple of knolls and erosion gullies to think I was there, but should have known better. Got down onto the road going to 54 with Lawson and Nick, and got a slight twinge in my achilles, so slowed down and after getting 48 just cruised back along the flat farmland. Mint has day

10:16 a.m.. Riverhead. http://www.gregjflynn.byethost17.com/maps/show_map...

Ride with Rob through and around Riverhead. Started from our place and on road through middle of forest, took a wrong turn once when I thought Rob knew where he was going, then around the road on the north side, started feeling a bit stuffed here and there are some sharp climbs, got caught in an awful rain shower where the rain was like tiny icicle daggers, even stopped under a tree to let it pass over, then up a road past the massive skid site and downhill home, was pretty poked by the end, especially since I started already being sore still from squash. Rob is a machine, everything is hammer and tongs, and he always put a good distance on me on the downhills when he would take off while I was trying to use them as a bit of recovery.

7:18 a.m.. Glenfield Squash.

Squash with Andrew in the morning, the best game he has ever played, every single shot came off and was almost in the perfect position, got a proper ass whipping, fucken tinpot prick. I wasn't playing the best either which is not a surprise given the break but every time I started to play well Andrew smashed the ball into me, once right in the back of the head and once of the outside of my left knee right on the ITB attachment. Both pretty sore and nice marks

Other 58:00 intensity: (2:54 @1) + (9:44 @2) + (18:38 @3) + (12:28 @4) + (14:16 @5) 5.54 km (10:28 / km) +1m 10:28 / km

12:39 p.m.. Albany.

Lunch time work soccer, good game as winter is starting to put people off so only had 10 per side today which means more space, scored a couple of goals, should have scored about 5 more if I was able to have some ball control and had stopped trying to volley in everything. Knee a bit sore near end, from bruising from squash hit, back to the really old pain I had from my ITB problems (which was caused from bone bruising from a fall on a rock) hopefully nothing too major
