4:04 p.m.. Woodhill.

Again waited all day, but this time for the water to heat up so could have a warm shower as soon as finished. Went out to Woodhill for a run, started at Bike Park car park, run through horse park and down to bottom of Beautiful Hills, across to check out the felled area then up through the native, along the small track in there, then a loop around to the Bike Park and back through there checking out the next stage of Treasure Island track. Then was coming back along the felled area above the Tree Adventures and saw a pack of about 20 deer, nothing special there except for the pure white one, wish I had taken my camera (or my gun) as it looked so awesome and I've never seen a white deer before! Chased them through the felled stuff (instead of running around it) which wasn't too bad to run through, then a easy jog back down to the car park. Again was aiming for a bit longer but this is a good start considering I haven't done a plain long run in a while. Was mostly on tracks, tried to keep to the softer ones but also did a couple of segments through the terrain. Good run, would have been slightly better with company tho

Rob's Round Riverhead Roads Ride. Waited most of the day for it to stop raining, and it finally did, until I hit the forest and it started again. Wasn't too bad just drizzle and it wasn't cold. 20 mins faster than last time I did this loop, means I gota find some more hills to go up to push it out to 2 hours, which I was aiming for but started feeling a bit stuffed on the final hill so clocked it up as better than nothing.

7:15 a.m.. Glenfield Squash.

Squash with Andrew at the re-done Glenfield courts. had racket re-strung and was feeling way better, was playing alright as well, so was Andrew, he was getting his normal low tin-ass shots in and I was chasing down heaps. I think it was 3 games each, 8 each in the last game and my fucken racket broken, FUCK, but this time it broke when I hit the ball, must be getting strong, but this is starting to become an expensive exercise.

12:40 p.m.. Albany.

Lunch time work soccer. Artificial pitch was closed so we played on the field, was way better as it was a mint as day and also meant I could play in proper boots (Claires old ones) which also meant I got a better feel and control on the ball. Scored 2 goals, including a skill-full chip (if I do say so myself) over the keeper in a 1 on 1, and set up another 2. Didn't have to play goalie as an older guy stayed there all game with a bung ankle, but did drop back and play quite a bit in defence after the first goal.

Arms were dead from squash and also doing some store-man duties in the 2nd half of work (sorting out 20kg boxes. Didn't think I was going to get the targets, especially the last as I was struggling through the middle, but cracked out a 25 max to finish, yeah. plan = 14 - 19 - 14 - 14 - max(19) / 25

Cracker day, so left work early to get a ride in, but someone forgot to tell the air that when it is sunny it is meant to warm up, bloody hell it was cold in places. Went into Riverhead, along main road, then Claires old loop, up the hill in 4:18 (4:04 best) which wasn't too bad, and back along main road then round the other way back down. Thought it wold take a little longer, and had about 10mins more daylight left, which means the days a definitely getting longer fuck yeah, also the forest must have had a giant orgy last night as there was pine cum everywhere.

Push up challenge week 3 day 1, plan 12, 17, 13, 13, max(17) = achieved (just) then 90 sec sits ups to round up to 10 mins, that ended up being hard as well
