Had a rest day, well sort of, more ran out of time trying to get everything that needed doing, done as this was the last day here without anyone else around. So ended up doing shitloads and feeling rather buggered and dizzy from oven cleaner fumes (not from cleaning the over rather the bbq) Then relaxed with a nice cold Summer Ale, marvellous

5:17 p.m.. Woodhill.

Late afternoon run out at Woodhill. Waited for the rain to pass and it was nice in the forest. Headed out on loop towards and through the Native track, then back through parts of the bike park. Saw at least 20 deer today, feeling pretty good for most of the run, and mostly on soft sandy tracks, but legs(shins) were playing silly buggers towards the end, think it was more a case of mind over matter.

11:16 a.m.. Vegas.

Quick trip to Vegas for a ride, Not so good when I had a slow leaking rear tyre (almost 2 years on same stans isn't too bad) but it ment it was a pain and kept stopping to pump it up. Claire wasn't feeling too flash but she was still riding bloody well, almost had her convinced to give the drop ago on Tickler but stopped inches away and pulled out the line "Not doing anything risky before the wedding" bloody hell, but she did do the one at the end of Dragons Tail. Claire had had enough by the time we had done Mad If You Dont, and I had had enough of my tyre so pulled the pin and went back along the road. Was stinking hot too.
