Vegas with Brent, was a good ride, A trail, Tickler, Dragons Tail, Mad if you dont, Yellow Brick Road, Pondy New, Rollercoaster, Old Chevy, around teh road and then Exit. Tracks were in awesome condition considering the amount of rain over last bit, there was only a bit of flooding on Mad if you dont, and no other signs of excessive water or damage anywhere else. Felt a bit poked by the end, managed to almost stay right on Brents wheel on Pondy with him going hard, was super fun

Took the Finnish girls out training at Muriwai, just an old training I did about a yeah ago. Tried using my cock-ring compass, wasn't too bad, need some slight modifications

7:06 p.m.. Riverhead.

Quick ride in Riverhead, to get the legs moving, felt ok, wasn't going too hard but definitely not taking it easy as I was feeling good and daydreaming about racing (which is always good) HR is stuffed, wasn't right for most of the ride. Saw 3 pigs, having never seen a pig here before saw 3 in 1 ride, first one was a good 150-170 lbs bore, then 2 smaller 80-100 lbs pokers together, all looked at me for a while before sprinting off, man pigs can move if they want to.

Legs feeling generally tender, but nowhere near as bad as I expected. Calves probably the thing I would be most worried about, and they feel like they have a couple of hot spots, but generally achilles feels ok, and I could walk normally which is always a good sign. Even thought of doing some training, and probably should of, but worked late and then stuffed around
