Note

Travelling back from Sydney, flight was an hour late (there is something every time I fly out of that shithole) which then ment I got to spend an extra hour in traffic trying to get home. Was really stuffed as the last 5 nights of drinking and little sleep, and feel like I was getting sick again with that bloody cold, so didn't end up doing anything.

On a slightly more serious note, my shins have been real sore all last week, and not the normal tender sore, rather a mix of dull and sharp internal bone sore, which has me worried. Seeing Robs physio tomorrow
