Jog Along River to Park. Brisbane.
Right calf tight and left shin sore, had to stop and walk back

Managed to get out mainly as a day off and I didn't have a car to go anywhere else. Ran along the river all on concrete, legs sore by 30 mins and had to stop and walk back, not impressed

Long hours and little sleep, getting pretty pissed at this job now, glad I'm leaving come Thursday. Also still stuck in Brisbane even tho it was only for the 'week' I'm now here until Wednesday

Gym, Bike, Eliptical, Rower and Core. Brisbane. Managed to get out and go to a gym across the road from motel, was pretty shit equipment and I just felt like rubbish after last night
