Yellow Track with Intervals. Vegas.

Bit of a warm up around the redwoods then intervals on yellow track, planned a couple of sets of 3 on 2 float with a couple of rules for hashing being a)not wanting to do any effort on downhill and/or b)starting interval near bottom of uphill. 1st and 3rd were all uphill and it was good to get in the hurt box, knew I would have a long downhill break after than, but knee was a bit dodgy at the bottom so flagged the 2nd set, wouldn't have got them done anyway due to fallen trees and felling over the track, had a bit of bashing through shit to do.

Fine when I started, then a storm hit, massive winds worse than what cancelled the oing, came within about 3 feet of being crushed by a falling tree. Was not fun in places.
