Fuck where is that wagon as I've fallen off big time.

Been hard to motivate myself to do anything when my heel is so sore (off the antiflammes while getting looked at) have a MRI this Wednesday hopefully soon after that what the story is.

Saw Bruce Twaddle for my heel this afternoon (after originally being told the first appointment available was in July) He took about 2 sec to go, yip MRI needed - booked in for Wed next week

Can understand why there are so many fat useless pricks that work in the city, driving back in the traffic just completely sucks all life and motivation out of you, left St Johns at 5:08, got home at 6:35, yet again public transport is an option....
