Note

Not 'real' training but probably the most active day I've had in the last 3 months. Back wasn't really sore, a bit stiff but that felt like use stiffness not the pain stiffness I've had. Olds were up helping get a lot of things done for subdivision sign off and some general tidying. Moved a fence, trimmed a hedge, pruned the trees, moved a water tank, pulled out some stumps and took down roof joining the garage and sleepout, then mowed part of the lawn before my back felt just a bit sore so stopped, and it was getting dark at this stage.

Driveway going in tomorrow, that is if the fucken council approve the traffic management plan for this job - dont think the plan is the problem, just think they want to make sure all the fucken fees have been paid

Note

Went to chiropractor today, not sure if I was his nightmare or dream patient.

Found "quite a few things" then asked if I could wait 5 mins while he saw someone else then could have a lot longer to get started.

Found my legs where different lengths, tried adjusting a couple of things, finally straightened up after cracking between my shoulders, also did some other tests that in his words "WOW I didn't expect that much improvement" one major cracking of my neck fixed the most.

Going back a couple of times a week for next few weeks, this guys seems like he knows what he is doing

Back feeling a bit better already
