Crap, no time.

Signed with house builder on Tuesday -so now we are building a house, and have house building meetings, got home at 4pm finished meeting at 8pm - was hungary and cold so swapped todays intervals with tomorrows rest day, so be ok. Back was a bit sore as well so a days rest will hopefully help that
