Went to physio today. Been trying to ignore several things for the past couple of months, but finally had to give in and go see someone, mainly about my heel but also a quick look at my knee as well. Knee is just same old, know whats wrong and how to fix that, but the heel has been a lot worse than I've been letting on. Pain has come back after cortisone wore off about Sept and has been causing me a lot of discomfort and reducing my ability to push off my toes on my left foot (cant even do a calf raise), saw a different physio today that looked at a lot of things like strength and balance. Got some work to do (no surprises there) and she thinks it is just an impingement after doing some different treatments. See how it goes up till Nationals.
