Did the old golf ball treatment on the feet last night, problem being I must have gone a bit harder than I should and have bruised all the arches of my feet, pretty sore today and not much chance of doing anything

Doing some old school lower tracks, knee was a bit dicky, but not too bad, forget how choice it is to ride some of these, hardly do them - put in a bit of effort on the end of creek track, in the windy bit to sharpen the cornering skills good fun

60 min score event, started pretty slowly with Simon, but he slowly dropped off, got them all pretty easy but knee started hurting near the end, should have stopped but was so close - bad call very bad call

Getting in some saddle time - tracks surprisingly wet and slippery, put in a big effort back along Long Mile Road to do some suffering at the end.

Easy Jog. Riverhead.
Testing out the knee, taking it pretty conservatively and got through 30 mins ok, hoping its a lack of consistency and tightness thats causing some pain, been stretching, foam rolling and massing - need to ensure do these all the time
