Ride with Bryn at Bikepark. Woodhill.
Took Bryn for a ride at the Bike Park, was way sandier than I thought it would be, and I lasted way longer than I thought I would concidering its the first real exercise in about 6 weeks - all of about 30 mins before I struggled.

Hurt, hurt so bad. Out this way for a teaining course that finished at 5:30, spent 90 mins in traffic yesterday, wasn't doing that again. This might have had a cheeky walk in the middle
