Actually finally starting to feel better. Took the boys to Shannon beach and alex met us there.

Turned out to be a traumatic trip with us performing cpr on a young boy who was pulled from the lake. One of the scariest experiences of my life. We got a pulse and breath back before the emergency services arrived but no idea how long he’d been under water. Fingers crossed he will be ok. Terrifying.

If you don’t have cpr training please do some. If you haven’t done training for a while or don’t feel confident please do a refresher. You don’t know when you might need it.
