Mt. Buffalo. pretty disapointing, pulled a something and could only stroll/hobble after the first half hour. Had plenty of time to gaze at the great scenery. Ah well next year.

aim of effort food again - and walking out the pain - sure beats standing in the Ovens Rvr claiming the icy water was doing more than numbing the pain.

The official timed race finished on top of the mountain. This bit was the return down the mountain to food and hot showers.
