rowing 20:00 [2]

Nothing specific, but a bit of a stressy day. A bit of rowing was enough.

running 20:00 [2]

Jogging around to warm up and a bit extra.

Mary set an oterval-like course at JCCC. I really felt like a run and a run with a map in my hand. It was fun. I'm pretty sure I didn't use the most recent version of the map, but it was close.

rowing 30:00 [2]

A bit of reasonably hard work on the rowing machine. I also did plenty of house stuff, including mowing the lawn. As I was mowing, I realized that I'll probably only have to mow this lawn 2 more times.

running 25:00 [2]

Short run on the muddy trails (Mary's 5K) at Wyandotte. Light rain and temp in the low 60s - felt good. In fact, my legs felt good, too. I let my mind wander a bit...I was mentally knocking down walls, building cabinets, tearing out carpet and replacing it with wood laminate. I might be going crazy.

rowing 20:00 [2]

My goal for the next month or so is to do just enough to not go crazy. I think with packing, buying, selling and moving, I should be satisfied with just about any time I get in any exercise.

Today was such a day - work, packing, cooking, a few minutes of rowing, and now a few minutes of relaxing.
