MTB cycling 30:00 [1]

MTB on pavement around West Campus (including 1 x up Ulrik's Hill). I managed to stay mostly dry. I'd have done a bit more if I hadn't been trying to avoid lightning.

running 50:00 [2]

Trail run at Clinton. I met Mary at one point and we ran together for a few hundred meters. She was running well despite heat/humidity/no breeze.

I also scared a large group of vultures. That was pretty cool.

Felt good except for the last bit up the hill. Then I just felt hot.

running 1:00:00 [3]

Trails at Clinton in the a.m. A storm went through town in the morning and it was still cool when I ran. The trails were a little muddy - stick on the shoes mud but not slippery or sink-to-your-ankles mud.

I listened to a podcast interview with Goran Andersson. He's on the IOF foot O' committee and an acquaintance from a long time ago (30 years). It was interesting.

Instead of riding my MTB, I watched the MTB world cup from Canada.
