4 x little sprint courses around Lindley Hall. Fun. But I notice that I skipped a control on one of the loops. I got tired.

Mary drew a course on West Campus. I biked through it. One spot had some construction that affected my route.

Jogged around on West Campus. I didn't feel much energy.
I spotted 4 goslings. The 5th might have been hidden. They were hanging out in some deeper vegetation.

On West Campus. I ran a little bit quick for short periods (~30 seconds) a few times.
The pair of geese that hang out at the pond have 5 goslings. I stopped and watched them for a minute or two. I suppose this is the same pair of geese that I saw a lot of last year. Last year, only 1 gosling appeared to survive.

A day off. I managed to get the lawn mowed.
It was hot. The high at the Lawrence airport reached 87F. Six days ago we had 3 inches of snow.
I'd take the snow over the heat.

MTB on pavement - mostly the Lawrence Loop clockwise.
My legs didn't feel so good and I got tired. I was glad the wind wasn't too terrible.

Note
Watched the Swedish knock out sprint champs. I'm glad I watched, but I don't think it makes very interesting TV. I thought the production was ok, but the knock out format isn't interesting. It is probably fun to run.
