Note
Feet are a bit torn up from the two long sessions in the woods. No blisters, but a couple hot spots. Since it was raining today, I decided that keeping them dry and letting them heal up was more important than March Mapness. The day wasn't completely devoid of map work, however. I spent about an hour deciding how I was going to carve up Cuivre River. My original plan was to simply map from north to south, but I think instead I'll hit the areas where the vegetation needs a complete remap (about 7 days worth of mapping) and then if I do manage to find a real job in mid-April, I'll have the critical stuff done. Fixing contours and trails can be done any time of year if need be.
